Baldwin Land

I am considering buying some property in Michigan preferrably close to the PM. I was looking a a realty site and found several lots in the Baldwin area for $2000 - $5000. My question is does anyone know what type of lots these are and how close they are to the PM? I live in Cincinnati and want a little "getaway" spot where I can come for a weekend or something.
