Lake Sixteen?

My grandma lives right by it in Orion and I drive by all the time and there's always people out there fishing. I was wondering what they catch and if they catch alot? I might give it a try next week:)

Small panfish. Fished it 15 years ago with a buddy of mine. Saw pike , gar pike and a few bass. Ice fished it ---small panfish.

Lake Sixteen holds some big Crappie, bluegill, monster bass and Pike. I have seen Bass come through my hole ice fishing that were 4 to 5 lbs. Biggest Pike I have taken is 35" spearing, but I have seen a couple a tad bigger. If you've got a small boat and an electric motor your in for a good time. If you're fishing the pier you may have some success but it will be limited. Good luck!
