WALLEYE MIKE

Took my wife and her dad out for a few hours tonite. Set the lines at 6 pm, got the first walleye at 6:03. Gave the rod to the wife. Her first walleye. I very seldom take her only because she is usually at work. On a chartruse hareness. Next three came on a Hot-in-tot. Went 1 hour with out a hit and put on a tot. Must have been what they wanted.
Where was I? Out 9-10 mile out about 5 miles 18FOW.

George, not as nice as you would think. I expected calm seas and instead got 9"-1ft waves with an occational swell from other boats. More waves closer to shore from the boats. But other than that it was nice. Its been awhile since I went in the evening. 99% of my fishing is in the morning.

Mike,
I was out north of the St. Clair Light. A few perch and a pair of monster sheep, some real head shakers. I should have gave you a shout. Good job on the eyes.
Fish on...
