Well I managed to get out on Saturday and left from the Clinton River launch at 7:30. Arrived in the chanel and on the first drift managed one. then as I tightened up my drift and continued i completed my limit of nice eaters. 2 of the 6 were nice 2-4 lbs the rest were just over the low limit. Sunday was not going to happen as I was too hung over from the cage dace pool party.
BTW off the water by 11:30 and the air sow was cool as I went by.
Anyone else get out?

I went to a few of my favorite spots close to home in Bouvier Bay on Sunday. I was looking for perch, I found 1.......I think it's a little too shallow, warm, & noisy out there right now. So I headed to the North Channel & found some decent sized perch in the 8 to 12 FOW range just up off the edge of the deep part, near the mouth of the Middle channel.......Water was about 7 degrees cooler than the lake, not sure if that really makes any difference though.
