Grilled Salmon and Greens






Take a Salmon fillet and cut the width of spatchula"so they wont'fall apart when you turn them" Mix a marinade of equal parts of Soy Sauce concentrated lemon juice, and olive oil, 1/3 cup ea. add your fish,about 45 min. in the marinade get the grill hot. You will cook the fish till it flakes

The greens can be whatever you like, fry 1/4lb bacon save the grease add 3Tsp.brown sugar and 1/2 c. vinager and heat till hot

When Salmon is done put a bed of greens and some of the dressing over the greens on a plate and the Salmon on top, dress with bacon bits. for onion fans some fresh Vidallia Onions really works too!
