Lost: one Cannon Sport Troll downrigger attached to a Bert's swivel base. Lost on Friday 7/25 around 12:30p.m. or so. Location is anywhere from the Rockport launch to US-23. Thumbscrews were loose on the base and slid out of the tracking.
