Skunk with Rabies?

Last week when i woke up for school there was this skunk that was going around in circle's and kept doin that for 10 mins. My question is what should I fo done with that..Should i of called the DNR..Kill it..what should I of done..thanks

A skunk going in circles does not mean it has rabies. It could have distemper or a number of other things. There might not be nothing wrong with it except getting chased out of it's home by something and just confussed. Because you live in the City of Troy you could call the animal control officer for the city.
