Anyone can purchase the stamp. The information use to be in the digest but I see that it's not anymore. The last digest the info was in was 98-99 digest.

I believe they are still available but call 517-373-1230, Law Division, any they can tell you how to go about ordering one.

I will also check to ensure they still have them to and post more information.
