Bass fisherman and waterfowl hunters is there a law?

Hey boehr! Is there any law on the books about someone intruding on a waterfowl hunt while in a boat fishing [ Bass fisherman ]. This ^% happens every year they come in and some times prime time in the early part of our season throwing there jig and Pig and act like your not even there. You ask them to leave verbally to give no doubt that those plastic ducks or geese are decoys and those guys with there shiny black poles are really hunters with guns so they don't screw up your hunt. Sometimes they really thought they were real but 9 out of 10 times they knew and just kept throwing there jig and pig and every so often even catch a decoy. Is there anything legally we as waterfowlers can do to get these no class $#^%^$ out of our zone? These are public waters on non managment zones. I would really like to burn there butts you know.

Hunter harassment is really a stretch although not immpossible in the waterfowl hunting / fishing question. It's more of ethics. Chances, unfortunately, are against you though.

I would take a video recorder, and tape it with the sound recording the polite asking of them to fish else where. Hopefully, they would not realize you have a video going and give smart mouth remarks back. I would then call the local CO, show him/her the video and let them take it from there if they thought there was the possibility of a case.

You stated public waters and I am assuming you mean and inland lake. I would ensure I had the ripairan owners permission to hunter there too.

I always do Boerh I kinda knew what the answer was gonna be. Even if you did take a video They would probably say they have the right to be there too! Oh well grin and bare it and Hope they don't sneak in us and get some rain on them cause I think we would be liable then eh?

Coldwater...since you are in my District, if you do take a video or even if you get the MC numbers and a situation happens like that, let me know and I will assign to an officer for an investigation. Like I said, improbable but...
