I'm heading north for coyotes and crows.There
are crows and what i believe are ravens in the area too.Are the ravens leagal to shoot?

No season for ravens, can't shoot for sport.

While the subject is up, what is the difference between them? Just wondering!!

Ravens are bigger than crows which average around 17 inches long, and ravens about 24-27 inches. Ravens have pointed wings, while crows have a more blunt and splayed wing tip. Crows have a fan-shaped tail (squared-off), while raven tails are long and wege-shaped. As a result of being larger and more powerful, ravens are the more efficient predator. (Predation is a very small percentage of crow and raven diets.) Ravens are more cautious. Crows are normally seen in larger groups and ravens are normally seen in small groups.
