Planer Board Question

One of my Springs for my Off shore planer board is too loose. I need a replacement. I know that I can order them on line at the Off shore website, but it makes no sense to spend 6 bucks for shipping for one small spring. Does anybody know what size spring this is and can I go to a hardware store and just pick one up? If not, would Cabelas carry them?

If you use the tattle flags it's a C-73. If you don't use the tattle flag it's 2 sizes smaller, not sure of the number.....
