Sticking my neck way-the-heck out here, is anyone following the Tour de France this year?
HEY!!! You know we don't use the F word here. ;)
I have been keeping up with the results, but sure don't watch it on TV.

I've caught some of the coverage on OLN. I also follow it live online while it's happening.

I started watching when Lemond was coming up. Those guys impress the he!! out of me. When I was in my best shape, I wasn't even close to their level.

I gotta admit nothing is as fun to watch as it is to do. "NOW WATCH HE"S GONNA CATCH A BIG FISH THEN LET IT GO." I wish it was that easy!

Well, sure, most folks can ride a bike and it is a lot more fun (and healthy) to do than watch, but unfortunately, there's a huge difference in what I do and what Lance does. Last 35 mile ride I did averaged around 18 mph or so. Jan Ulrich and Lance (until he bonked) ran the 30 mile time trial at nearly 30 mph. That's a tremendous effort! Those guys are absolutely unbelievable.

Just got to cheer for the American. Other than that it is a exciting as watching basketball to me. And bowling is more exciting to watch that basketball.

Yeah, its the Tour de "F" word, but you just have to love an American dressed in Red White and Blue going over there and Kicking the French and Germans' @sses
I bike pretty regularly (albeit off-road), but I can say, those guys are absoluetly awesome -- crazy, but awesome.
