Anybody ever canned waterfowl? Just wondering how it would work out. If ya have a recipe, would you please pass it along? Thanks.

I don't have a recipe per say, but I have a great book on preserving food that has some info.
It recommends cutting up your fowl and leaving as much of the skin on as possible to act as a cusion against the side of the jars and put the breast meat in the center of the jar. It also recommends that you hot pack(precook) rather than raw pack your waterfowl by boiling it or cooking it in the oven to medium. Fill the jars with the broth from cooking, leaving 1 inch head room.
Cook in a pressure cooker at 10 pounds:
Pints for 75 minutes
Quarst for 90 minutes
