I tried these with sweet potato's again. Slicing thin is the most time consuming part. Then fry in 1" of oil or more. Salt when golden. Yummy!
Anyone else fry there own chips?

thats where a good mandolin (or maybe food processor) i think its called comes in handy.

You should try deep frying them with a turkey or chicken, yum yum yummmm. My father in law did this the last time we deep fried. Oh were they good.
