I just put a mess o' chicken in some marinade. (No recipe, something I just came up with myself) If it turns out good, I'll share. ;)
It'll be a while but I'll fire up the grill a little later.

Well besides the wind and rains trying to marinate it the chicken was Great. I used the chicken spice you can buy at Frankenmuth and barbecue sause for the other.

Western style ribs parboiled in pineapple juice and then covered in whisky BBQ sauce.
No charcoal in my grill, I'm using a mix of apple and pear wood.

WOW now that sounds tasty Chris!!! Was it?
BBQ'd a whole brisket verrry slowly (7 hrs). frequent basting, indirect heat. Mixture of Apple, Pear and Hickory. Came out perfectly. Back to the fridge for leftovers....

Yeah Lunker, they were awesome. I'd like to say I made the sauce, but I used Jack Daniels BBQ and that stuff is currently my favorite brand.
Sounds like there were some good eats at Esox's house.
