Good summer topic Greatpro. I've used quite a few over the years. My main call for the last 10 years or so is a Sure-Shot Yentzen, but I also use one that I won at a DU banquet (not sure which brand) for the close up calling because it just sounds good to me for the softer calls. Probably sounds like crap to the ducks though, but it makes me happy . Also have an old Art Beachamp that a friend swore by (never sounded good to me), and still have my very first call from 25 years ago.....a black plastic olt, which I keep for sentimental reasons but pretty much never use. Got a couple of goose calls hanging around too, but since I really don't care for goose, I rarely take those out.

and in the blind bag, I always keep my half Breed. Even with all the new stuff out there, it still has a place my blind! It's fast, delivers sharp "cracks" and you can just get it ear bleedin' loud! (and because, of course...Migrators really respond well to it.)
