I'll second the suggestion of Coldwater Charters !
Give Mike a call. He'll treat you right. I've been out on a charter with him and had a great time.

I would strongly suggest Capt Willis Kerrige<sp> On the Thunder Duck too . He is One of the best captians in Grand Haven . The Salmon are hot right now too !!!! Rates ???? not sure .... He is docked at chinook pier downtown Grand Haven .... Try him you won't be disappointed ......

Best Chance, Saugatuck. good luck.
Another strong reccomendation for Coldwater Charters. If he can't get you on fish, there aren't any.

i send quite a bit of time in g haven in the summer and i will second the thunderduck 2. he usually gets the most fish out of chinook pier. SWAT is also a good one. but if you want to slay the fish, go with best chance charters. they move up and down the coast with the fish and they also win alot of the big turny's.

I know Ludington is a bit further north than you were looking for, but we went out on "Dreamweaver Charters" last August and caught a boat load of fish. Very nice boat (approx. 35' if memory serves). There were six of us, along with the captain and one hand and we never had an issue with space. I believe they have a web address www.dreamweavercharters.com
Anyway, just a thought if you wanted to head a bit further north.

discdrag,
Try Capt. Brian Butts on the Sea Flea. He's located in Holland. www.seafleacharters.com. If you want to catch fish. This is your guy.
