Anyone have an idea where e2 bouy is

Friday got some nice perch, about a mile and a half southwest of the e2 buoy. Kept 30 nice size fish. About 10 feet of water. When they stop biting, move around a bit until you hit them again.

Above is a report form A Basshaven report. Anynoe know where this is in LSC?
