Walleyes are finally in good at the mouth of the lake. Mark and I got 12 and were home by noon. all on crawler harnesses. color of choice was chartruse. guys jiggin wernt doin as well . we picked up ours in 24 to 28 feet from the mouth to the first red can before the belle isle split. good luck!!
Jiggers wer doing just fine. Four guys total, two beginners. Started at 6:45 stoped at 11:15 ended up with 19.

Joe, did you guys fish the American side or Canadian? I made one pass on the Am. side at 11:00am with no hits, so I ran over to Canada.

I caught all of them on the canadian island side. Actually, canadian waters don't begin untill is shallows up quite a bit on that side. In the depths you need to fish, it is still US waters. Good Luck!
