Started my 8 Evenrude today. at first the Pisser was pushing out a solid stream of water. I felt it and the water was to hot to put your hand under?? It was like this for a few min's .. I then turned it off and restarted it. The pisser was slower and only cold water came out. Question shouldn't the water squirting out be semi warm? I know the water temp is Cold. I was just wondering if the impeller was working correct
