Walker Rigger ?

I had a problem today with one of my Walker Electric Riggers. While retreiving the 12 LB cannon ball it started making a grinding noise and would not wind up any further. It goes down fine, but no retreive. Took it apart tonight and do not see any gear damage. Is there an adjustment or is there something else I need to look at?

Any advise or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Solved the probem, there is a plastic gear on a pressed shaft that stripped out. A call to the Walker Service Center in Allegan and a closer inspection of the gears, the problem was located.

Thanks to Neil, they are replacing the gear for me and will have it back in time for the weekend, now that is service.
