Ausable this weekend???

I was wondering if anyone was going to be up on the Ausable this Saturday? My brother in law and I were going to give it one more try. We'll be either at the clay banks or the boyscout camp and then just play it by ear. Do you guys think it's going to be worth a try? Last weekend was a blast - No fish landed but fun none the less. I know it's late for steelhead but this has been such a screwy season I thought maybe ther might be some strglers still up there. We'll be in a bright yellow Avalanche - can't miss us:p

I'am going with a friend his first time. Taking the boat in hopes to get away from the crowds. I'll look for you on the river, what section will you fish ? I will be in a blue sylvan boat, good luck maybe see you there.

:) We usually fish between the Whirl pool and the clay banks - depending on where we can get access to without too many crowds. We may even hit down by the pier this time if no luck elsewhere.
