info at higgins

heding north this weekend,caddilac area anyone know how higgins is doing? or is there any other lakes in the area where the fish are biting?any info greatly appretiated

yea, my brother was there a few weeks ago - caught 35-40 perch in 75 feet of water. using wigglers and waxies and minnows.

Fished Higgins Monday for perch and smelt. Smelt(daytime west launch south) perch were hitting but doing a lot of sorting as usual. Lake trout fairly active northwest corner.

smelt are biting all day long on west shore using hali's and waxes, lakers were hitting on the west side in 100' ft. of water

thinking about going this weekend how are they doing on the perch? what side is doing the best north or south? how deep?
