looking for your input on the vista cam. I'm looking at the 9 inch screen and would like to know how bulky is it to carry and easy to set up? Anybody fished deep water with it - 100+ feet? Any and all info. would be much appreciated, plus any negatives. Thanks.

Beer and Nuts- My buddy just got back from the Toronto Fishing Show. I have been researching all 3. The Atlantis, Aqua Vu, and the Vista Cam.
He got some literature on CATCHCAM. It looks great, but pricey. I never heard of this one til today.
For one, they use red light instead of the UV. Fish are coldblooded so, I see their reasoning. UV just picks up heat. However, Aqua Vu is now coming out with a green and red sensor.
They also use 320,000 pixels on their monitor. I think the others are around 270,000. I could be wrong.
Also, the operating ranges are as low as -20 below. I think the others are 4-7 for the low range. I have been concerned about this since I like to icefish.
One drawback, is that it is around $450.
I am now more confused than ever.

There are some good questions that are asked on that forum that you may want to consider.
