north east river

I fished a river in the far north east this morning. I just could not believe how many steelhead where in the river. there were fish in every hole all were chrome. I seen a few caught but I could not get a bite. most guys were doing nothing. I am not very familiar with this river so I did not know what to throw at them. they all had lock jaw. I also dont want to disclose this river sorry but it doesnt seem to get a lot of pressure. just thought i would share this.
