Well drove up north yesterday evening and stopped at a few places on some little streams on the way up and found a few polished redds but no steel anywhere. Well when we left this one spot my car decided it wasnt going to shift gears anymore. So I tried a few things to fix it and it didnt help, so I blew up my transmission. So after I got to my cottage slowly, my dad came up and said he wanted to mow the yard, so if I wanted to take his truck and go fish for a few hours in the morning, that would be ok. So I was up bright and early this morning and hit this one run. Ended up going 4 for 4, but 3 were under 10 inches. The other one was roughly a 4lb male. Then I hit this other run and ended up going 1-2. Lost 1 hen and pulled in another male that went roughly 8lbs. So not a bad morning, 5 for 6 in a short period of time, just need to start looking for a new vehicle now.
