Spillway Northerns/Steelies

Hey I wanted to put a shout out there and see if anybody has tried the spillway for pike yet. I am pretty sure the ice is out of there. I have hit it just right the last couple of years. I know the season closes the end of the month. Just wondering if it is worth a shot. Not too many days left until the season closes.

Have had a few steelies on, but never managed to land them. That was farther up the spillway though, by the dam, in the fall. Not sure of the season restrictions there for steelehead.

With all the sewage they discharged after the rain, there should be a bunch of"paper" pike floating down stream! It couldn't be too bad, They didn't close any of the beaches!

Ponyboy, Go after dark those fish will glow in the dark, than you can see whats in the spillway.
