Aim set on hunter harassment law

"We didn't do anything wrong," he said. "If we do this, this is an injustice to ourselves."
Instead, the couple's Merrillville attorney, Garry Weiss, intends to seek permission Monday from Porter Superior Court Judge Julia Jent to challenge the constitutionality of the hunter harassment law before the Indiana Court of Appeals.

Sob story, blah blah. They should take their misdemeanor and go home because they will not win in Indiana.

Thats right, other people have rights to pursue there beliefe to. There "holier than" cause is holy in their minds and their minds only.

Free speech my @ss. If I stand in front of your house and scream and yell at you becuase your grass is too long, that's not free speech. Thats harrasment.

Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.

I'm another one who is happy that it has ruined their life. They sure were not thinking or caring about ruining anyones hunt.

Multiple infractions indicates to me they were on a mission and it was not an isolated lack in judgement, that we have all had from time to time.
