Are the bass/crappies in???

At either kent, or pontiac lake????? We went there last year when the water temp was about where it is right now, and did great. I want to know, are they in yet???? I know everything is AT LEAST a month behind, more like a month and a half. How bout the crappies on loon lake???? Or any other lake in that area??? Thanx a ton!!!!

Caught some nice bass at Kent again last week. Both smallies and largemouths. No crappies in the shallows yet. Water was 58 degrees. Going back tommorrow and will let you know.

hey jig, whatcha catchin them bass on? are they shallow? 4-10 ft? or deeper?

Slow rolling a spinnerbait on trees and stumps in 3-4' of water. The best trees were on the main river channel up by Buno rd. Also caught a few in the mouths of backbays.

in mecosta county on 2 of the lakes i fished i got bass they where in 8 feet of water or less i was using rubber worm and a crank bait
