In the SW MI Rivers Forum there is a thread titled Honey Creek and in it members have posted about tresspass laws and how they affect stream fishing. Below you will find a link that will lead you to an article written by Don Ingle, noted outdoor writer here in Michigan. In it Don relates how a man named Gideon Gebhardt helped establish our write to fish navagatable rivers here in Michigan. It makes for interesting reading.
