Merrill area fishing locations ???

Still looking for fishing spots around the Merrill area, inland lakes for panfish. Any places know of ? Thanks in advance.

I would try Sanford Lake by Sanford, or up a little further near Edenville. Fish around the stumps, very good population of these fish in there.

sanford isnt to bad for pan fish try the fills of west river road.i use to have good luck on wixom off the carnival grounds. if ou know gladwin at all i have had good luck on gills and crappies on wiggins lake also lots of pike.
