Most of you have seen the banner ad regarding the app gas opportunity on this web site. If you would like to save money on gas, especially boat owners and R.V. owners, maybe you should take a closer look. Click on the banner and read the FAQ module, which pretty much explains the whole program.

I purchased a membership in May of 2001. The cost $299.00. The membership fee entitled me to purchase 15 two hundred dollar gas cards for $160.00 each. If you do nothing else, you save about $300.00 per year on gas, after deducting the membership fee. They offer their members discounts on a lot of other benefits and services.

The company recently sponsered the APP #19 Dodge on the NASCAR Busch series, the car is driven by Chad Braun, who finished 5th last week in Texas. see www.braunracing.com

Now the sweet part, as of today, these cards are accepted at most Michigan grocery stores and any gas station that accepts a debit card. If you don't use $200.00 worth of gas, you can use the rest to buy some groceries. The cards are good for 6 months.

I liked it so much, puchased a membership for my Mrs. who can spend $200.00 at Mejer's in a heartbeat. Both of our sons own their own plumbing business, they both bought memberships, which saves them money on their fuel expense. Every now and then they spend a few bucks for some gas for dad's boat.

It has worked just fine since May of 2001, there are now about 54,000 members in the U.S. Plus there is an income opportunity involved.

Although I don't try very hard to sell this program, to damned busy with the mortgage business, I thought I would share this information with you folks. As Martha Stewart say's, " saving money is a good thing". No complaints after 22 months or so.

You can contact me at 586-909-0375 for more details, I have a loose leaf binder full of used up gas cards, damned if it don't work!

A few more thoughts, all gas cards are ordered via the internet, they debit your checking account for $160.00, 3-4 weeks later you receive a pre-paid debit card with a value of $200.00.

I recently spent about $100.00 with one card at Lowes, nice touch, as I see it, they work anywhere that accepts a debit card, even got cash back at Lowes. Maximum of $40.00. Used one this morning for some gas and smokes at a 7-11, Hall Rd. & Gratiot, which also offered cash back of maximum of $10.00.

We also used up about $800.00 worth of cards on our last trip to Flordia at just about every retail establishment that accepted debit cards.

You can also earn a $100.00 gas card per week for making sales, plus an extra $300-$500.00 per week for your sales activity. This will not be an easy accomplishment, as the initial fee of $299.00 prohibits most people from buying a membership. I guess you have to see the long term.

Who would gain the most benefit? Boaters, SUV owners, a business who has a fleet of trucks, vehicles, etc. or anyone else that uses $200.00 worth of fuel, etc. per month! Check it out
www.pito.appgas.com

As of today, we have six more cards coming our way, value of $1,200.00 Boating season is coming, we can use them.

To confirm what I am saying go to www.firstcardservices.com Point to and click APP card user, then existing account, then enter card number
6273640401000048069 and the pin number 8069 this card is used up except maybe $1.00 or so, but it should tell you where it was spent. Seeing is beleiveing!

I will keep you posted as we progress!;)

Do you have to pay the $299 membership fee every year? So every year "if you bought the max. 15 cards you would have saved $300 ($2699 total payout for $2999 credit).

Are you limited to using just one card per month? or could I use two $200 cards for one $400 purchase? That way I could save $80 on a $400 purchase (because each card cost me $160)

Duckman, yes the annual renewl fee is $299.00 per membership.

Cards are good for six months, use them where ever or when ever you choose. They made a litle change last fall. You can purchase one extra card per quarter. For instance for the 1st quarter, Jan., Feb., March, each member can purchase 4 cards.

So you can buy 15 per year and you do save about $300.00 per year, after deducting the membership fee and the cost of the cards.:p

Good questions!
