And here I'm thinking of giving away a few bags that are taking up too much freezer space!

That's incredible. Ya know though, I bet they sell a ton of them at that price to the "ritzy outdoor types", you know who I mean, the ones that pay 1,000's of bucks to go to a fly-in fish camp with their L.L. Bean wear and take they're cargo weight in champaign and cavier ! Not realizing of course that some of the best fishing/hunting is most likely within an hours drive of where they live !

Does driving 80 mph down Carleton-Rockwood Rd. to get to the launch count as a "fly-in"?

Seems high to those of us close to such a large walleye population, but others in states like florida do not have any population and don't even see walleye in the fish market. My dad take fish down for friends every year and it is a very welcomed treat.

$18 bucks a pound??
Right ... right ......
After you figure in the boat , trailer , sonar , GPS , rods . reels , lures , net , gas , bait , tow vehicle , line , blah , blah blah.....
It's WELL worth the price to catch them your self!!!!
If you can't fish & your'e too dumb to learn , by all means go pay the price.....
hehehe :D
I'm pretty sure it's about $8 / LB at the local store.... but some folks are JUST too dense to look at the grocery store , I'm sure!:p
It takes ALL KINDS!!!!!!!
