3 of us fished from 4 til 6. It was a good day.

My dad got nothing, but he didn't mine, it was fun anyways.

I got 1 brown, pictured, on a 1/8 ounce blue/silver cleo tipped with a minnow. I also lost one brown at the hole that looked alot bigger. it took a 1/4 ounce blue/silver cleo. my brown ate 3 shad, 2 shiners, found in its gut.

Our buddy said he had a secert lure that was gonna kill them. It did. he got his limit in a hour and 15 minutes. one brown was about 3 pounds, hit his secert lure that was a wonderbread color. He also got one brown about 8 and another about ten pounds on a yellow tail sercert lures. Sorry no pics of his fish, didn;t take the dig. with me. btw, his sercert lures are 1/4 ounce michigan stinger scropien(sp) lures. tip them with a minnow, jig, and hold on. He got the two big ones 5 mintues apart!

Going sat. morning. Will post about an outing in that forum. anyone wants to join us, Pm me for details or look at the post in the outings forum. It would be a blast. lots of browns in there.

Nice fish! Any idea where one can pickup the secret wonderbread lure?

he got them at our local wal-mart, so yours maybe a good starting point.

i'm starting to wonder if your a jinx, dan;) ;) ;)

They are feeding very heavy right now, all the fish caught by our buddy were also stuffed full of shad/shiners. That means good fishing for the next week or longer i think.

Thanks for the info Jermey. I'll take a look. If I'm lucky, maybe I can get out on the hard-water this weekend before it leaves.

Nice fish Jeremy, I saw your pics from the other day as well. Those browns are looking tasty...don't catch them all, save a few for us guys with boats...haha. I'd come and join you but the walleyes are heating up on the river and its only 15 minutes away. Good luck..
