Fished from 3.30 til 7pm off near the end of the breakwall at port austin in 8-12 feet of water.
My dad hooked a big fish, laker or browns not sure which, didn;t get a good look at it, but it tossed the hook at the bottom of the hole. It hit a silver do jigger. He also had another hit on a gold sidewinder. Both were tipped with minnows.
I lost one fish, brown?, ten minutes after setting up. It hit a 1/8 ounce blue/silver cleo tipped with a minnow. i then lost another fish on a pink/white teardrop with a minnow.
My little brother got one brown. he got it on a small jig, no name, that was blue/silver and tipped with minnow. now that my camrea works, here is the fish.
