Hi, Hows This SmokeMaster
Here it is.
4-gals =Water
5-Lbs=Coarse Salt
1-Lb=Dark Brown Sugar
1 1/2=Cups Lemon Juice
2-Tbsp=Liquid Garlic
2-Tbsp=Liquid Onion
Brine Times
1-2 Lbs=2Hrs
2-3 Lbs=3Hrs
3-4 Lbs=4Hrs
4-5 Lbs=5Hrs
From 5-100 Lbs=5Hrs
Rinse with cold water and dry with fan until you get a brown glaze on it.I hate to wait that long so I dry them with paper towels.I use Cherry and Apple Chips at 100 deg for 24 to 30 hrs.Do not get it too dry.

MB,
Sounds like an excellent recipe. Soon the Suckers will be running - will give it a try. May make a 1/4 batch of brine for testing. Honey (instead of brown sugar) works well too, and honey glazes easier than sugar.
