I tried once near Sandy's and got the skunk. Yeah, there's eyes in there, I just don't know where. I have thought of giving the boat launch and the Rawsonville Rd. area a try though.
I'll bet the tackle shop in Belleville would be a good place to ask. I've heard they give good reports for Belleville and Ford Lakes.

Yum-yum, so that's what they look like out of the water. Trying too shake this 4 week SKUNK, any one seeing the SKUNK can take him with you at no charge to you,as they say; every dog has his day, a fish in the box keeps the SKUNK away, and so forth, EYE'am NEW to your sight,Like the way you are going to keep the riff/raff off, Eye mainly fish for (what else) Walleyes/PERCH, hard water, soft water, fishing is my addiction, ouch $$$ ,going to fish this weekend in the Shore's area, but a long away from anyone, nothing personal, but eye have to shake this SKUNK, at all costs, thanks for the time, Jumbo..

Very nice catch! I would have liked to see you put a beer can or something like that in the pic to give su some perspective. Looks like a good 8.5-9" avg. Or were they bigger?

That a great thing pollywog.
And as for you catfish WHATS WRONG WITH A FREAKIN POP CAN
OR RULER !!! LMAO:D
On a more serious note the largest fish top left was a c hair under 12 1/2". 10" is my estimated average
the younger the berry the sweeter the juice.

Hey! Nothing wrong with a pop can for perspective! It just seems like a lot of folks here have an empty beer container "handy" after fishing. Myself, I rarely bring any alcohol with me to fish. Just my preference as I often drive a distance (and never drink on my boat in the open water season)! I don't begrudge anyone at all in this area as long as they're responsible.
As for a ruler.....well you know fishermen...I have at least one ruler with a real inch scale on one side ("your fish") and a distorted scale on the other showing a half inch as an inch, ("my fish"). This side would have made your perch a 20" average!!! Just think, not only a limit but a limit of the fabled 4lb perch that was rumored here but never substantiated as far as I know!! You'd become a legend in your own time....at least to one fish species....suckers!! :-)
