Saginaw R. mouth?

I'm going over to the mouth of the river in the morning. Where do people park over there? I heared from someone that it is a boat launch and people are fishing around there. What road is this on, and or what side do people chose to park/fish from?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure of the name of the roads but I have been there alot. DNR launch on west side of the river is only place to park. East side of river is Consmers Power coal plant. Look for the big stacks...Patch
