The two of us fished from 4.30 til 6.30 off the state ramp at port austin. Water was about 3 1/2 feet deep with about 16 inches of ice.
My dad got this nice brown on a chartruse teardrop/minnow about 5.30. It was 19 inches long and about 3 1/2 pounds.

Then, about 6.00pm, my dad got another hit and pulled up this surprise. It is a king about 4 pounds. The white stuff on the bottom is not the white decay crap, but the milt(sp?). it was caught also on a chartruse teardrop/minnow.

I didn't get anything, but i did see one small perch. We were not looking too much down the holes though, so more fish could have been coming though. One guy in a shanty next to us said he seen a few browns too. Gonna try caseville in the morning and PA in the evening tomorrow, i hope we get some more!
