Get a hold of me next time you guys are going to be up this way fishing Walleyes... I've been saving a secret location for such a occasion( Riverboy and I will be pre-fishing it on Sunday) Larger fish will be trickling into the river as we get this weekends warm-up.... Feb 8-14 should be good for trophy time... If not just after break-up (About Feb 15th-----end of the season will rock outta the boats!

Hey Rick you know I would be more than willing to try out that spot before Sunday for ya!!! hehe!!!! :D :D :D :D Not sure were Im going Saturday yet. Might try the point havent fish it in years!!!

Ralph, I'll be on the river Monday morning! I can only fish until about 9:30 though.
Scott and I will pre-fish Tommorow morning and if it's good we'll fish the afternoon there as well. If it isn't happening I'll run the river during the day and meet up with some of my cources that Will be around and we should come up with something that looks good.
BTW, if the walleyes aren't biting there are huge numbers of jumbo perch that nobody targets!! Riverboy, slammer00, myself and flyrodfor steelhead all have been sitting on a school for several days, just not rigging right for them.
They didn't do so well this morning by the reports coming in. day 3 of a warm-up should get thing rolling,,,,,, they are just like steelhead when it comes to weather change.

SFK, I wanted to come down there with y'all, but I wasn't feeling well at all.

I'll drop some email when I get home tommorow morning.

About those perch; we were on something last time up. These fish would inspect our baits, follow them up and failed to hit. I started using smaller baits and was taken several times.. Perch, I bet.
