went to richmond today to try my hand at yotes again. after going with Steve in Mich. last week, just had to get out again. nice morning, a little windy. tried for an hour and a half at different locations. things were real slow.

oh, well, try again next week.

Crow season doesn't open until Feb. 1. Page 28 in the hunting guide. Chad.

David, What kind of call did you use for the crows and what did you use to shoot them or should I say it? Shotgun, what size shot?

If you hunt private land, you can pretty much shoot them year round as long as they are creating some sort of nuisance. Don't think that reason would fly on state land though.

Just wanted to bring this post up to the top instead of starting a brand new post. I was at Cabela's last Sunday and bought a predator call and howler, so I'm going to give it a try this weekend, let you all know what happenes :)

Besides, a member promised they would work :)
