Wildview Customer Support

Does anyone have a different number than this one for wildview customer support? 1-888-304-6125. It has been busy for the last day and a half(so I'm not sure if its the correct number anymore). I have one camera that will not work with the SD card in it, but works fine without it. I figured there is some formatting that has to be done with the card. If anyone has a new number or any suggestions I would appreciate it.

I have a wildview that is new and just dont work and another where a bear chewed it up and I need a new case for it.I will try it without SD card as soon as I get home. Well I gotta get in da woods now !

my wildview has never had a problem. my cousins on the other hand won't work with a certain SD card. only one card that he has doesn't work all others do. never really messed with it much just put in a different one. maybe you could try using a different SD card. just a thought that could save you some time.
