I need broadheads for my wife's arrows. She is shooting a 1913 26" at 30#. I was thinking of a 85gr muzzy.
I was told there is a broadhead called "first cut" which doesnt have the chisel point. I couldn't find it in any catalogs. I think the lightest one of these is 90gr.

Hello, if your wife is shooting 30 lbs. she should use a one blade head. The cutting edge will penetrate a lot better than a chisel point. Also a single blade will cut farther than a multiple bladed head. Magnus makes a good one blade head, (the Nuge blade) is 125 grains and will screw on.
Steel Force makes all different weight heads, they are the sharpest heads I have ever seen, scary. They are long and narrow for greater penetration. they are expensive
