I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this question or not. Recently I went to the DNR website, looking for the section "Ask DNR". I was unable to find it. My search found a response that the DNR is unable to continue the service until a new "Frequently Asked Questions" web platform is implemented. No reason as to why? Would I be correct in pointing the finger at Jenny for this?

Sounds like they are going to install some new software to make the process of using the "Ask the DNR" feature better. I don't know why you would want to blame the governor for an improvement.

Well it did need to be improved and also purged. A lot of the answers were older and incorrect as laws/rules have changed. Such as baiting, crossbow etc.

Which is why our facebook option of interaction is better.
Also, why we are shifting over to it.

I agree that an improvement was needed particularly as you stated that laws/rules have changed.

Thanks for the tip on that!

I don't know why you would want to blame the governor for an improvement.

Because it was unclear as to why a change was being implemented and the fact that Jenny (and other governors and the legislature) have been notorious for underfunding the DNR or drawing funds from the DNR to staff other departments.
