I hear ya. Start working on a co-op. I keep reading about them on here and sure seems like a good idea to me. I tried approaching the neighbors surrounding our land in the thumb, but stand by the "if it's brown, it's down" philosophy. We always pass on the young guys on our land, but every year they get mowed down by the neighbors. Hopefully, that will someday change.
