Has anybody had any luck at pionte Mouillee? What did you catch and where at?

Most of the water down there has been pretty low or non-existent this year with the low water trends. I think the banana dyke is the only thing fishable. This is just a guesss, maybe someone with personal experience recently will know a little better.

Talked to Dnr Yesterday at Point mouliee Said the ice is good ready to go at banana dykes. 2 and a half mile walk. Going Sunday!!!

The winds don't have much affect on the ice like other places downriver so it should stay good for a while. Weatherman says no real warming for a while.

Before the ice up, the water was very low. Have not seen it that low in years. So low in that directly out from the launch ramp you good see bolders and logs not visable with the higher water. The canal is about 4 feet or so. Hope this helps.

Went yesterday not a thind but one perch. Fished in 20 ft water. Right out where the Freighters come in
