Attention Gps Shoppers!

To anyone looking for a stellar deal on a GPS.

I just got back fro Target (Eureka/Pardee - Taylor store) where they have the Garmin E-Trex Venture on clearance for $84.85! Regular price is $169.95. The venture model can display maps downloaded from MapSource.
They had only 2 left. The Venture is the only model on clearance. They can be found in the camping isle in the sporting goods section of the store.

Personally, I'm holding out for one (2:p ) of the Rhino models with the FRS/GMRS radios so I had to pass.

does the venture have enough memory to store maps??? i know the legend does but i don't know about the venture.

looks like you are right. I didn't look at the page I posted very well. You can download points of interest and info on those points but not actual maps.

Rupe, go to GPScity.com, they have the rhinos 110 model for $149 and the 120s for $209. Normal cost at BassPro $189 and $249. That is the cheapest I have found them anywhere. I am going to get the 120 for my b-day I just haven't told my wife that is what she is buying me yet.

quest32a, I have the E Trex Venture. You can only save points of interests. No maps. Kinda sucks.
