Mike,
I'd like to meet you out there some time. I'm a beginner and could use a few tips. I have all my gear, just no auger. I can usually make it out there on Monday or Tuesday nights. I'll be fishing up north this weekend.:D

i am thinking of hitting fair haven for the first time ever, but maybe stoney. I am going to wait for the fish gods to answer me in my dreams.

Only spent about 2 hours out there. Wind was a blowin. Everyone had to stay in thier shanty otherwise it would have ended up at the other end. One guy had a bucket take off, it went north to 28 mile rd bridge. Under the bridge and onto the other lake. He ran and finally caught it.

Might try again tomorrow if the wind lets up.
