Fished both S River road access and Metro basin today. Had to be the toughest day of fishing I've ever had. Windy, bitterly cold and slow fishing all in one package. I talked to a few guys fishing the canal behind the Sheriff Station they were doing well yesterday, but today the strong west wind made fishing there almost impossible. There were a couple guys out there (thin ice, strong wind and very close to open water... No Thank's). Went to Metro to the south marina no luck there either. I think I've about had it with ice fishing this year, has to be the most unproductive season ever.
