Drove by there the other day. Does anyone ever try there. I always go to St.Clair. But that is real close to home

I stopped by Libra marina - just south of the Wyandotte boat ramp- where my buddy was fishing yesterday. The water was only 2 feet deep and that was real close to open water out near the river. The only thing in there was huge shiners/shad. I heard the marina next to Portofino is the same fish wise. Early in the season the marina behind the hospital was the hotspot with limits but mostly dinks.

I thought it would be deeper, with the bigger boats In there

It may be. I know Portofino's is dredged out deeper but the perch haven't been in there, just gills every once in awhile.

The only reason why I asked about that one, Is because that is the only one I know I can get into. I'll try it anyway I can usually get lucky.

Let me know how you do. I haven't fished down here yet this year. I've been going up north.
